Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Scottsdale Sub-Zero Repair provides appliance repair services for luxury brands including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele, and other premium manufacturers. Our services include:
- Diagnostic services and troubleshooting
- Appliance repair and parts replacement
- Preventive maintenance
- Emergency repair services
Service Appointments
When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and address information
- Be present or have an authorized adult present during the service visit
- Provide safe access to the appliance requiring service
- Notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
Pricing and Payment
We provide upfront pricing before beginning any repair work. Our pricing structure includes:
- A diagnostic fee for evaluating your appliance (may be waived if repair is approved)
- Labor charges for the repair work performed
- Parts costs for any components that need replacement
You will receive a detailed estimate before any repair work begins. You have the right to approve or decline the repair. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
Warranty
We stand behind our work with the following warranty coverage:
- Labor Warranty: 90-Day Labor Warranty
- Parts Warranty: Manufacturer Parts Warranty
Our warranty covers the specific repair performed. It does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions or unrelated issues
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or power surges
- Normal wear and tear
- Repairs performed by others after our service
Limitations of Liability
While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee that repairs will resolve all appliance issues or prevent future problems. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
We are not liable for:
- Food spoilage or other consequential damages
- Delays caused by parts availability
- Issues with appliances beyond our control
- Pre-existing damage or problems
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property ofScottsdale Sub-Zero Repair and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Independent Service Provider
We are an independent appliance repair service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sub-Zero, Wolf, or any other appliance manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 4 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
